Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science / Public Administration or relevant field/ BBA or MBA – HR

  • Certification/training in Environmental Management or Regulatory Affairs will be an advantage

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 3–5 years (Executive)

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred

Hands-on experience with:

  • Drug License (DGDA)

  • Environmental Clearance (DoE)

  • ETP Compliance & Reporting

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh regulatory frameworks

  • Must be proficient in writing accurate notes in both Bangla and English.

  • Good communication and government liaison skills

  • Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical operations

  • Handle Drug License processing, renewal, and documentation with DGDA (Directorate General of Drug Administration)

  • Manage Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC), ETP-related approvals, and Department of Environment (DoE) compliance

  • Maintain and monitor ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) licensing, operation records, and reporting

  • Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, audits, and approvals

  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports, documentation, and compliance files

  • Maintain updated records of all licenses, permits, and certificates

  • Ensure factory compliance with local laws (Labour Law, Fire Safety, Environmental rules, etc.)

  • Liaise with internal departments (Production, QA, Engineering, HR) for compliance issues

  • Support ISO / GMP audit documentation and readiness
