Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director – Human Resources & Administration to lead our people and administrative functions at a large-scale consumer-driven organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong consumer industry background and proven experience in managing large workforce environments (5000+ Employees).

🔷 Key Responsibilities

1.     Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

  • Drive organizational transformation, culture building, and performance management systems.

  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.

2.     HR Operations Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Compliance.

  • Ensure robust HR policies, governance, and audit-ready systems.

  • Implement digital HR systems (HRIS, performance tracking, analytics dashboards).

3.     Administration Leadership

  • Lead all administrative operations including facilities, security, transport, and logistics.

  • Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency across all locations.

  • Manage large-scale industrial/admin environments (factory + corporate offices).

4.     Culture, Ethics & Compliance

  • Establish a high-performance, discipline-driven and ethical workplace culture.

  • Enforce zero-tolerance policies on corruption, misconduct, and non-compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulatory frameworks.

5.     Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior leadership team.

  • Collaborate with business heads to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.

  • Lead change management initiatives across the organization.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong background in Consumer / FMCG / Large Distribution-based companies (Mandatory).
