We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director – Human Resources & Administration to lead our people and administrative functions at a large-scale consumer-driven organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong consumer industry background and proven experience in managing large workforce environments (5000+ Employees).
🔷 Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Drive organizational transformation, culture building, and performance management systems.
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
2. HR Operations Excellence
Oversee end-to-end HR functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Compliance.
Ensure robust HR policies, governance, and audit-ready systems.
Implement digital HR systems (HRIS, performance tracking, analytics dashboards).
3. Administration Leadership
Lead all administrative operations including facilities, security, transport, and logistics.
Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency across all locations.
Manage large-scale industrial/admin environments (factory + corporate offices).
4. Culture, Ethics & Compliance
Establish a high-performance, discipline-driven and ethical workplace culture.
Enforce zero-tolerance policies on corruption, misconduct, and non-compliance.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
5. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior leadership team.
Collaborate with business heads to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
Lead change management initiatives across the organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong background in Consumer / FMCG / Large Distribution-based companies (Mandatory).
