Must be willing to work in National Special Economic Zone, Mirsarai, Chattogram.
Responsibilities & Context:
Production Planning & Execution: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet market demand.
Process Optimization: Supervise plastic injection molding, and assembly processes (switch/ socket & circuit breaker) to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all finished switches and sockets comply with international safety regulations and ISO quality management systems.
Resource Management: Manage production floor staff, evaluate performance, and conduct training programs for operators and technicians.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure regular preventive maintenance and quick resolution of equipment breakdowns.
Inventory Control: Monitor raw material usage, component inventory, and finished goods to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, including the safe handling of electrical testing equipment and components.
Technical knowledge in electrical accessories
Plastic & metal production process knowledge
SAP process management
Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Out-of-the-box thinking capability
