Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR & Administration to lead the HR and administrative functions across multiple business units, including real estate operations. The role involves strategic HR planning, compliance management, employee engagement, and ensuring efficient administrative operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes

- Oversee performance management systems (KPI & appraisal)

- Handle compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and benchmarking

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Design and implement training & development programs

 2. Administrative Management

- Supervise office administration, facilities, transport, and security

- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and office leases

- Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure and assets

- Ensure smooth daily operations across all business units

 3. Real Estate & Project Oversight

- Support HR operations for construction/project teams

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and labor regulations at sites

- Coordinate manpower planning for ongoing projects

- Oversee site administration and logistics

 4. Policy & Compliance

- Develop and enforce HR & administrative policies

- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and relevant regulations

- Conduct internal audits and maintain proper documentation

 5. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor HR & Admin teams

- Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning

- Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and engagement

 6. Strategic Responsibilities

- Contribute to organizational development & succession planning

- Implement HRIS and digital HR solutions

- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights
