Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, food safety standards and regulatory requirements of BSTI and Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.

Prepare and maintain the factory for inspections by government authorities and third-party auditors at any time.

Monitor daily factory operations to identify any non-compliance issues and take immediate corrective actions.

Maintain and update all compliance-related documents such as licenses, certificates, approvals and audit reports.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies for license renewal, certification and inspection requirements.

Ensure proper implementation of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards across the factory.

Conduct regular internal audits (daily/weekly/monthly) and prepare compliance reports for management.

Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans for identified gaps.

Ensure proper labeling, packaging and product information as per legal and regulatory requirements.

Train and create awareness among workers regarding hygiene, safety and compliance practices.

Ensure workplace safety including fire safety, electrical safety and general health standards.

Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for traceability and audit readiness.

Monitor raw material handling, storage and production process to ensure food safety compliance.

Support management in maintaining a strong compliance culture within the factory.

Perform any compliance-related tasks assigned by management.
