Job Description:

Prochito IMC Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, HR & Admin to oversee the company’s human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a structured HR system and ensuring smooth office operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviews, onboarding)

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database

  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documents

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and discipline

  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes

  • Handle employee relations and resolve basic workplace issues

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office

  • Maintain office files, documents, and proper record keeping

  • Handle official communication (emails, letters, calls)

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications

  • Supervise office staff and ensure smooth workflow

  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional working environment

  • Support management with HR and administrative reports

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

  • Any other task by the management.
