∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation and maintain all financial transaction e.i All voucher, cash book, ledger and posting tally software.
∎ Preparation financial report (Income statement, Cash flow statement, Balance sheet, etc.) monthly, Half-yearly, yearly to management for review.
∎ Preparation monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Preparation monthly salary sheet and disburse
∎ Make vendor payment after checking all documents. And checking all collection from the clients.
∎ Handle vat and tax related activities.
∎ Regular update Receivable & Payable ledger.
∎ Any other task by the management.

∎ Prochito IMC Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software is a must.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and maintain all financial transaction e.i All voucher, cash book, ledger and posting tally software.
