Role Overview:

At Prochito IMC Ltd., the Manager, HR & Admin will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and HR operations. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in managing employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and office administration. As a key contributor to the company`s growth, the Manager, HR & Admin will support the leadership team in building a productive and motivated workforce aligned with the organization’s vision and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, employee onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records and manage payroll and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including inventory and logistics management.

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.

  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and corporate meetings.
