Responsibilities & Context:

This role encompasses managing end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and implementing effective processes and policies. The purpose of this position is to ensure the organization attracts top talent, provides a seamless employee experience, and maintains compliance with HR regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, qualifications, and interview processes.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, reference checks, and background screenings, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, cultural integration, and exit management.

  • Act as the guardian of the HRIS and digital platforms managed by the HR team, ensuring efficient management of employee lifecycle and day-to-day services.

  • Implement processes and policies that minimize redundancy, reduce complexity, and contribute to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
