Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, qualifications, and interview processes.
∎ Utilize various recruitment channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
∎ Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, reference checks, and background screenings, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
∎ Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, cultural integration, and exit management.
∎ Oversee payroll, income tax and medical and life insurance for the organization.
∎ Take charge of effective forecasting of the HR budget and ensure accurate provisioning.
∎ Act as the guardian of the HRIS and digital platforms managed by the HR team, ensuring efficient management of employee lifecycle and day-to-day services.
∎ Implement processes and policies that minimize redundancy, reduce complexity, and contribute to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ This role encompasses managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll and benefits operations, and implementing effective processes and policies.
