Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, qualifications, and interview processes.
∎ Utilize various recruitment channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
∎ Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, reference checks, and background screenings, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
∎ Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, cultural integration, and exit management.
∎ Oversee payroll, income tax and medical and life insurance for the organization.
∎ Take charge of effective forecasting of the HR budget and ensure accurate provisioning.
∎ Act as the guardian of the HRIS and digital platforms managed by the HR team, ensuring efficient management of employee lifecycle and day-to-day services.
∎ Implement processes and policies that minimize redundancy, reduce complexity, and contribute to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ This role encompasses managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll and benefits operations, and implementing effective processes and policies. The purpose of this position is to ensure the organization attracts top talent, provides a seamless employee experience, and maintains compliance with HR regulations and policies.
