Attributes:

• Having clear knowledge on IP Network, Security and Ubuntu System.
• Having basic knowledge on Asterisk dialplan, E1, PRI,SS7,DTMF, Codec, SIP, RTP, FXO, FXS.
• Willing to work on shifting duty and willing to work long hour in case of emergency.
• Coordinate with other teams.

• Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user. Workstation, IP Telephone hardware, software and peripheral device, asterisk base system.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Bootstrap) will get extra privilege.
• Monitoring IP Telephony system.
