Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and manage tasks related to ongoing government agencies/offices.
∎ Collect PPP /Project-related information from relevant ministries, departments, and official sources.
∎ Prepare, draft, and report work/project authorities documents as per government procurement guidelines PPA/PPR–2008/2009.
∎ Maintain and manage all government project-related documentation, records, and correspondence.
∎ Communicate with ministry officials and other stakeholders for project clarifications and document collection.
∎ Assist in preparing internal project progress reports and documentation for.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and documentation flow.
∎ Ensure compliance with public procurement rules (PPR) and relevant regulatory frameworks.
∎ We are looking for competent Project Personnel to assist in the operation of government-sponsored Critical Information Infrastructure (CIS) projects. A resource who has previously worked in government procurement, DPP, EDI, e-GP and have expertise on tender files, government agencies communication, and document handling i.e letter, LOI, EOI, etc. The position requires an organized self-starter with an advanced depth of indenting, procurement, and commercial policies practices.
