Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring the network performance and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, OLTs, and optical network equipment. (MikroTik, Juniper, Cisco, etc.)
Ensuring high network uptime and quick service restoration.
Working with routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, VLAN, tunneling.
Providing support to Field Teams and Clients (Reseller and retail users).
Working in shift/roster-based NOC operations.
