Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential residential and corporate customers for internet services
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to close deals
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Provide market insights to management to improve offerings
Coordinate with the network/technical team for new connection installations
Follow up on technical issues affecting customers
Update internal systems with client data
Encourage existing customers to upgrade internet packages
