OmniDevX Studio is a cross-border software development firm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Cape Town, South Africa. We build real products for real clients across the UAE, South Africa, UK and beyond.

Now here's the great thing — I was the only solo developer till now. The entire engineering operation? One person. So you're not joining some massive corporate machine. You're joining the engine room. Employee #1. That's a big deal.

What we need

Let me be real — I don't want anybody who is a hardcore competitive programmer. That's not the vibe here. What I need is someone who knows the DevOps side, understands architecture, knows their way around AWS, and can deploy and do manual testing for me.

You'll be handling infrastructure, pipelines, deployments, and QA. Think of it this way: I build it, you make sure it runs, stays up, and doesn't break when it hits production.

Who can apply?

You can be a student, you can be a working professional — doesn't matter. If you're a student though, you need to be good in maths and logical reasoning. That's non-negotiable.

→ You know AWS — EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, the works. You don't have to be an expert at everything but you should understand how cloud infra works. → You get DevOps — CI/CD, Docker, monitoring. You can set up a pipeline and keep it running. → You can do proper manual testing and QA. You catch stuff before users do. → Strong logical thinking. If you're a student, your maths game needs to be solid. → You're NOT a competitive programming grinder. We want builders and operators, not contest chasers.

How it works

You'll be directly reporting to me — the founder and tech lead based in Dhaka. But remember, you have another boss in South Africa too. Our partner in Cape Town handles client acquisition and partnerships, so you'll coordinate with both sides.

Our interview will be very different. Not your typical whiteboard coding session. Not a DSA grilling. We'll let you know the details soon — but trust us, it'll be interesting.
