We are currently looking for a Lead QA Automation & AI Testing Engineer to join our growing technology team in Dhaka.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the quality assurance and testing strategy for our digital platforms and AI-driven products. You will be responsible for establishing automation frameworks, performance testing processes, and AI system validation practices.

You will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role will also help define how our organisation approaches AI testing, automation, and performance engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation testing frameworks using tools such as Python and Selenium.

• Develop and maintain performance and load testing strategies for web and AI-based systems.

• Lead the development of QA processes, standards, and testing frameworks across projects.

• Identify and diagnose software defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Perform AI system testing, validating AI-generated outputs and system behaviour.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure robust system validation.

• Produce test reports, performance analysis, and quality metrics.

• Guide and support the testing team to improve testing practices and automation coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 4–6+ years of experience in QA engineering, automation testing, or software testing.

• Strong experience with automation tools such as Python and Selenium.

• Experience designing test automation frameworks.

• Understanding of software quality practices, test strategies, and testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile or modern software development environments.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or similar.

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning system testing.

• Experience testing AI chatbots, conversational AI, or AI-generated outputs.

• Knowledge of API testing and microservices testing.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Experience working with cloud-based systems and scalable architectures.
