Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 5 years

• Age 28 to 45 years

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development, including at least 3 years in Laravel and 5+ years in WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
• Proven expertise in custom WordPress theme and plugin development (beyond template customization).
• Hands-on experience with Gutenberg, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and WooCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Linux-based server environments, including configuration and management of Nginx and Apache web servers.
• Proficiency in database optimization, migrations, and query tuning.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT, Sanctum/Passport), and caching strategies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of unit testing, feature testing, and TDD.
• Strong grasp of website performance optimization (caching, CDNs, lazy loading, etc.).
• Understanding of WordPress security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Must be available to work full-time on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, ensuring smooth performance, security, and user experience.

• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues, including plugin conflicts, theme errors, and performance bottlenecks.

• Manage WordPress deployments, backups, and security improvements.

• Collaborate with designers, project coordinators, and other team members for seamless project execution.

• Ensure proper delivery of Full Stack WordPress sites, including both front end and back end.

• Implement best practices for coding, performance optimization, and security in WordPress projects.

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, updates, and security practices to continuously improve systems.
