Responsibilities & Context:

1. Project Coordination & Support

● Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.

● Coordinate with internal teams especially the creative team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

● Support in organizing meetings, workshops, roundtables, interviews, and events (both in-person and online).

2. Transcription & Knowledge Management

● Accurately transcribe Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), In-depth Interviews (IDIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with govt. officials and experts.

● Support Project Manager to organize and archive transcripts in project databases for easy access and future reference.

● Support synthesis of findings into reports, briefs, and presentations.

● Assist in transforming raw data into structured presentations (PowerPoint), briefing notes, Infographics and advocacy materials.

3. Documentation & Reporting

● Prepare meeting minutes, and activity updates for internal and donor submission.

● Maintain project files, databases, and records in an organized manner.

● Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and communication materials.

● Support in drafting correspondence, and advocacy materials.

4. Communication Materials Development

● Assist the Project Manager and communication team in identifying themes and content for communication materials, advocacy campaigns, and digital content aligning the BDP2100 and SIBDP.

● Contribute to drafting and reviewing communication products to ensure they are BDP-responsive and contextually relevant.

● Support creative inputs for visuals, messaging, and storytelling aligned with SIBDP objectives.

5. Event Support

● Maintain and regularly update guest lists for project events, workshops, and consultations exclusively for SIBDP.

● Coordinate invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups with participants.

● Ensure accurate documentation of attendance and feedback from events.
