Job Context:

Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to user needs and maintain user satisfaction as priority.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrate and Monitor IT operations of the Hospital.

• Administrate Internal server, Network management, end user support and existing software.

• Diagnose problems and repair IT equipment and deliver to the end user. Handling network design & configuration, networking equipment, network cabling.

• Administrate Outlook and Hosting mail.

• Install operating system, driver software, application Software.

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user`s workstation hardware also networking peripheral devices and hardware products.

• Have good Knowledge on WiFi, Router, and Access control Devices, IP Camera, Finger machine etc.

• Installation and troubleshooting - Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Barcode & Card Printer etc.

• Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products.

• Communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve any issue raised by the user.

• Implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures.

• Configure and manage Cisco Switch & Mikrotik router (LAN, WAN, Tunnel, Port forward, Layer 7, NAT, manage Bandwidth, VLAN, and Firewall) also Backup and restore data.

• . Maintenance of the Database SQL-Server, daily operations of ERP solutions and generate reports as required by the top management in excel or SAP formats of ERP.

• Collect data from user and contact with vendor to solve the problem of ERP Implementation issue.

• Ensure security and privacy of network and computer systems with proper Firewall.

• Repair or replace damaged hardware under the supervision of concerned department.

• Provide orientation and guidance to end users on how to operate software and computer.

• Set up new users` accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

• Perform regular upgrades to ensure that system remain updated

• Establish a good working relationship with end users, consultants & other professionals.

• Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and ensure proper CCTV surveillance covereage. Take instant action and fix CCTV cameras & associated equipment if there is any interruption in the CCTV surveillance system.

• Design Web with Word Press, Maintain Domain, Hosting and Website development,

• Administrate Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing).

• Reporting day to day activities & work process to the management.
