Responsibilities & Context:

• Getting clear understanding of client requirements and style of functioning, to deliver the high-end quality product and services.

• Identifying and selecting project team members, along with the learning design team in the kick-off meeting and ensuring that a robust and capable team is built effectively to deliver the project.

• Creates project plans including a comprehensive scope, detailed phases of work, and timelines to ensure on-time and successful executions.

• Ensure that project members follow best practices, guidelines, procedures, artifacts and meet the standards of organizational process assets.

• Perform project estimation for size, effort, and resource requirement.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Define and measure project performance metrices using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Report and escalate project status to management as needed.

• Perform risk management strategies to minimize project risks.

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders like clients/third parties/vendors.

• Ensure project quality and contribute to developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
