3DEVs IT Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional for the position of Assistant Business Manager & Corporate Communication Manager. The candidate will support business development activities, manage corporate communication, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. The role requires strong communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships

  • Support preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project communication

  • Manage corporate communication including emails, announcements, and official correspondence

  • Develop and maintain company profiles, capability statements, and marketing materials

  • Handle social media and professional networking communication for the company

  • Support participation in business meetings, partnerships, and corporate events

  • Maintain proper documentation of business communications and agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, corporate communication, or related roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla

  • Strong presentation and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional client relationships
