∎ Strong knowledge of website development, software solutions, and IT consultancy services.
∎ Must be a proactive sales hunter with a target-driven mindset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle extensive travel.

∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate new business opportunities and manage client accounts.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct sales efforts.
∎ Present and promote company services, including software, ERP, web development, and IT consultancy.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the management.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing concerns.
∎ Maintain and submit sales reports on a regular basis.
∎ This role requires daily visits to new & existing client’s office.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Officer (IT Solutions) to expand our business by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. The role involves selling software development, website development, ERP solutions, IT consultancy, and hardware solutions while ensuring long-term customer relationships.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
