Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT systems support, ERP administration, or software engineering. Industry experience (manufacturing/construction/infrastructure) preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of AI/ML tools (TensorFlow/PyTorch – advantage).

- Networking and Windows/Linux server administration.

- Programming (Python/Java/C++), ERP systems (SAP/Odoo/Oracle).

- Database (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL), biometric & payroll automation.

- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Soft Skills:

• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Team-oriented and proactive under pressure.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive — IT to manage digital systems, ERP, automation, and AI-based solutions at the Head Office. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting ERP, and implementing automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (servers, LAN/Wi-Fi, endpoints, printers, biometric systems).
- Implement AI/ML and automation tools for business processes and data management.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure IT security, backups, access control and system updates.
- Provide user support, training, SOPs and documentation.
- Administer ERP and attendance systems with integrations and backups.
- Develop automation scripts and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
