Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Frontend UI Engineer with strong expertise in HTML and CSS to join our remote team. This role focuses on building scalable, reusable UI components and implementing pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma designs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semantic HTML, scalable CSS architecture, and modern frontend development practices. This position is primarily focused on UI implementation and frontend architecture, not backend or full-stack development.

You will contribute to building a clean, maintainable, token-driven design system while collaborating closely with designers and other developers to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build reusable UI components using a single base HTML structure.
  
  

• Implement component variations (size, state, theme) using data- attributes*.
  
  

• Maintain a scalable CSS architecture driven by design tokens.
  
  

• Develop pixel-perfect landing pages from Figma designs.
  
  

• Integrate frontend interfaces with REST APIs for data fetching, form submissions, and response handling.
  
  

• Implement client-side form validation and error handling.
  
  

• Support light and dark themes across UI components.
  
  

• Create demo pages or Storybook documentation showcasing component states and variants.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure UI accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  
  

• Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented frontend code.
  
  

Technical Stack

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience focused on UI implementation.
  

• Strong expertise in semantic HTML and modern frontend standards.
  

• Advanced knowledge of CSS architecture, including variables, responsive design, and scalable styling systems.
  

• Solid JavaScript (ES6+) skills.
  

• Experience integrating REST APIs into frontend applications.
  

• Ability to independently implement designs from Figma with pixel accuracy.
  

• Experience working with design tokens or structured UI systems.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience building UI Kits or Design Systems.
  

• Familiarity with Storybook or similar component documentation tools.
  

• Knowledge of web accessibility (ARIA roles, semantic structure, accessibility best practices).
  

• Experience working with JSON-based design token files.
