Experience:
We are looking for a Virtual Social Media & Customer Relationship Manager to manage our company’s social media presence and communicate with customers professionally. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to create content, publishing posts across social media platforms, and handling customer messages and calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Create social media content using AI tools.
Design or generate simple graphics and captions for posts.
Schedule and publish posts on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Manage and monitor all social media pages.
Respond to customer messages and comments quickly and professionally.
Receive and handle customer calls and inquiries.
Maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
Keep social media pages active and organized.
Suggest new ideas to improve social media engagement and marketing.
Requirements:
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools).
Good English communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers via message and phone.
Basic understanding of social media marketing.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
