Responsibilities & Context:

We are a growing professional services company specializing in business formation, bookkeeping, and tax services for international clients. We are looking for a creative and responsible Brand Promoter & Social Media Manager who can help strengthen our online presence and communicate with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create short videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) for social media marketing.

  • Plan, design, and publish regular posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.

  • Respond to client messages, inquiries, and comments professionally.

  • Assist with customer relationship management and follow-ups.

  • Support administrative tasks when required.

  • Research trends and suggest creative content ideas to promote our services.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media pages and content creation.

  • Ability to create engaging short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • IELTS Certificate will be preferred

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding.

  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
