Additional Requirements:
  • Age 21 to 35 years
  • PGD in HRM will get preference.

  • Certification or training in Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, or Labor Law will be considered an advantage.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll management.

  • Experience in BPO/ITES industry will be preferred.

  • Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and payroll compliance.

  • Strong skills in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.

  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and diversified work environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end HR operational activities, including employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS databases.

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and statutory regulations related to payroll and HR operations.

  • Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for payroll reconciliation and related reporting.

  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits administration.

  • Prepare payroll related reports, HR reports, and management dashboards when required.

  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

  • Support HR management in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and HR compliance activities.
