Experience:
PGD in HRM will get preference.
Certification or training in Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, or Labor Law will be considered an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll management.
Experience in BPO/ITES industry will be preferred.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and payroll compliance.
Strong skills in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and diversified work environment.
Manage end-to-end HR operational activities, including employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS databases.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and statutory regulations related to payroll and HR operations.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for payroll reconciliation and related reporting.
Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
Prepare payroll related reports, HR reports, and management dashboards when required.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Support HR management in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and HR compliance activities.
