We are a group of companies operating within the property and digital services sectors, with a growing portfolio and an expanding operations team. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mid-Level Full Stack Developer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Location: Bangladesh (Hybrid – Remote & Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (BD Time)
Salary: Up to BDT 40,000 per month
Objective
We need to recruit a mid-level full stack developer who will work across two active development projects within the Verv technology ecosystem. The developer will focus primarily on priority development tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
The candidate must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working efficiently within a fast-moving development environment.
Core Technology Requirements
The candidate must have proven experience in the following technologies:
Backend
Laravel (strong experience)
REST API development
MySQL / database management
Frontend
General Skills
Strong understanding of full-stack development
Experience integrating frontend with Laravel APIs
Ability to debug and optimise code
Experience working with Git repositories
Ability to work on multiple development tasks simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
The developer will:
Work across two active company projects
Complete priority development tasks assigned by the Project Manager
Develop and maintain Laravel backend systems
Build and maintain React / NextJS frontend features
Integrate APIs and backend services
Debug issues and optimise performance
Collaborate with other developers and the product team
Deliver tasks on schedule
Candidate Requirements
Have 2–4 years experience with Laravel
Have practical experience with React or NextJS
Can demonstrate full-stack capability
Are comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Can communicate clearly with the development team
Are reliable and responsive during working hours
