We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delta Operator (Rental Support) based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to assist with our ongoing and upcoming projects.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and commercially driven DELTA OPERATOR(RENTAL SUPPORT) to lead business growth, manage client relationships, and drive revenue generation.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Slot 1: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (BD Time)

Slot 2: 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM (BD Time)

(Candidates are expected to work during either of the two time slots as per operational requirements.)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delta Operator to support our Rental Agents in delivering an excellent rental experience. The Delta Operator will act as a dedicated assistant, helping Rental Agents manage client communications, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and streamline outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting property professionals in achieving their goals. No prior real estate experience is required—just strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Outreach:

  • Proactively reach out to new and existing clients via phone, email, and social media.

  • Qualify leads and inquiries to ensure Rental Agents focus on high-potential opportunities.

  • Schedule property viewings, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Arrange viewings with existing occupiers.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update client information in the agency’s CRM system.

  • Prepare appointment reminders and send follow-up communications.

  • Assist with preparing property marketing materials and listings.

  • Monitor and report on client engagement metrics and lead conversion rates.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with assigned Rental Agents to understand their priorities and workflow.

  • Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to ensure smooth client journeys.

    -No Any rooms available for the whole month=Double Salary
    -After 3 completed rentals=2000 BDT
    -After 5 completed rentals=3000 BDT
    -After 7 completed rentals=4000 BDT
    -After 10 completed rentals=6000 BDT

    Day Off: Sunday
