As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Administrative Assistant to support our operations, contribute to business growth, manage client relationships, and drive revenue generation.
Location: Bangladesh (Hybrid – Remote & Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (BD Time)
Salary: Up to BDT 30,000 per month (with standard benefits)
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a background in property management to support our daily operations. In this role, you will focus on three core areas: coordinating reference checks and verification for prospective residents, preparing and administering new occupancy agreements, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling sensitive information, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the job. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to keep our team efficient and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate reference checks and verification for prospective residents.
Prepare and administer new occupancy agreements.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries.
Support day-to-day property management operations and act as a point of contact for property-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for tenants and properties.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all administrative processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
