Education:

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a disciplined, proactive, and highly organized person to lead our Human Resources and Administration department. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between military-grade discipline and corporate HR management, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and grievance handling.

  • Discipline & Compliance: Maintain strict organizational discipline and ensure all operations comply with Bangladesh Labour Law.

  • Security Management: Supervise the internal security team and implement protocols to ensure the safety of company assets and personnel.

  • Administration: Manage office facilities, transport, and procurement of administrative supplies.

  • Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, local authorities, and law enforcement when necessary.

  • Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.
