Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic HR Leadership

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support operational excellence.

    • Align workforce planning with business forecasts.

  • Talent Acquisition & Development

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of skilled talent.

    • Drive onboarding, training, and other development programs all employees.

    • Performance & Culture

      Oversee performance management and appraisal systems

      Champion a culture of safety, inclusion, and of safety, inclusion, and employee engagement across all levels.

  • Compliance & Operations

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Organizational Transformation

  • Partner with plant leadership to support change management and organizational development.

  • Manage HR aspects of automation, digitalization, and workforce upskilling initiatives.
