Adornica Herbs & Cosmetics Company is looking for a dynamic, organized, and strategic leader to join our team as Manager (HR & Admin). This role is pivotal in managing our most valuable asset—our people—while ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As we continue to grow in the herbs and cosmetics industry, we need a professional who can bridge the gap between management and employees, fostering a productive and positive corporate culture.
1. Human Resource Management
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new talent across various departments.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee growth.
Policy Development: Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks in compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, maintaining a healthy and professional workplace environment.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance the skills of the workforce.
2. Administrative Leadership
Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor relations.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure the company adheres to all statutory regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
Fleet & Logistics: Manage company transport, logistics, and distribution-related administrative support.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive employee records and corporate documentation with high levels of confidentiality.
3. Strategic Coordination
Budgeting: Prepare and manage the annual budget for HR and administrative expenses.
Inter-departmental Linkage: Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure staffing needs and administrative support align with business goals.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the FMCG, herbal, or cosmetics sector.
Education: MBA/Masters in HRM or a related field (PGDHRM is a plus).
Skills: * Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language.
