We are a reputed marketer of skin care and high-quality beauty and personal care solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our management team.

The ideal candidate should possess 10-15 years of relevant experience and a strong background in managing operations, marketing, or sales within the cosmetics or FMCG industry. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across relevant departments.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.

Lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, production, and distribution.

Ensure product quality, brand consistency, and compliance with industry regulations.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.

Foster a results-driven culture while mentoring and motivating team members.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG sector.

Proven ability to lead, strategise, and drive performance under pressure.

Strong understanding of production, marketing, and distribution channels.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
