Proven experience in managerial or supervisory capacity.

Able to work under pressure when needed.

Job responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee placement.
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
Monitor job performance of employees and aid in career path development
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Identify training needs and arrange learning & development programs.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy.
Lead and supervise HR & Admin team members.
Promote organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in policy formulation and organizational development.
Any other Tasks assigned by the Management as & when required.
