Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities (MPO)
Visit assigned doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly to promote company products.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
Present product information clearly, including benefits, usage, and key features.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure prescription generation.
Organize and participate in scientific seminars, CME programs, and promotional activities.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and doctor insights.
Ensure proper product availability in assigned territory through coordination with distributors.
Maintain daily call reports, sales records, and submit timely reports to management.
Follow company policies, ethical promotion standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Continuously update knowledge about products, disease areas, and market trends.
