Job Description
Develop and execute annual marketing and promotional plans for assigned brands/portfolio.
Prepare annual promotional budgets and demand forecasts aligned with business objectives.
Plan and successfully launch new products by identifying market needs and opportunities.
Analyze the competitive landscape to develop effective marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Maintain strong liaison with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regulatory authorities, and professional bodies.
Design and ensure execution of promotional strategies and campaigns through the field force.
Organize clinical meetings, seminars, and scientific sessions to strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals.
Coordinate the development, procurement, and distribution of promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain and Production) to ensure smooth product availability and launch execution.
Provide scientific and product-related support to physicians and internal stakeholders.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance analysis of brands, including sales, market share, and promotional expenses.
Analyze prescription audit data and brand performance reports to drive strategic decisions.
