Responsibilities & Context:

The Field Sales Manager (FLM) at Sun Pharma is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Executives/Medical Representatives to achieve sales objectives, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable business growth within the assigned territory. The FLM plays a vital role in implementing the principles of Planning, Organizing, Directing, and Controlling (PODC) while ensuring effective execution of company strategies and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, market share objectives, and productivity goals.

  • Conduct regular field coaching, joint visits, and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.

  • Identify development needs and provide continuous training and mentoring to team members.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer centricity, and excellence in execution.
