The Executive – Field HR will be responsible for managing HR operations for the sales workforce in the assigned region. This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement for field employees while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit Medical Representatives (MRs), Area Managers, and other field staff. Conduct interviews, manage selection processes, and ensure timely onboarding with complete documentation.

  • Create employee master data in SuccessFactors, generate offer and appointment letters, maintain personnel files, and share joining details with relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain field hierarchy in the system daily and circulate updated reports to stakeholders monthly.

  • Initiate probation and confirmation processes, prepare activity reports, and obtain necessary approvals from NSM/BU heads.

  • Process letters for transfers, promotions, and re-designations, and update employee records accordingly.

  • Build strong relationships with field employees, address grievances promptly, and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.

  • Conduct exit analysis to identify common concerns and take corrective actions to improve retention.
