Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age 28 to 35 years

• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or SCM role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SF tools.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory environment is a plus

• Assist day to day procurement and purchase activities of RM, Excipient and all type of Primary Packing Material (PVC/PVDC/Strip Foils/ Blister foils etc.)

• Promotional Printing inputs (Like LBL, R Card, Banner, Poster, Invitation card for MPD team)

• Capex Item Procurement (Import): For Admin, Maintenance, Engineering, PDD, Production / Manufacturing / Packaging, Warehouse, Quality, IT Department etc.

• Opex Item Procurement (Import): For Admin, Maintenance, Engineering, PDD, Production / Manufacturing / Packaging, Warehouse, Quality, IT Department etc.

• Collect and organized quotations from approved suppliers for RM, PM and laboratory items.

• Prepare and update CS for review and approval by senior authority.

• Prepare and manage commercial documentation including quotations, contracts, and invoices.

• Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, finance, regulatory affairs) to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain MIS for all about activities

• Local vendor coordination and new vendor development.

• Pre-Import and Post-Import related all activities.
