Develop and implement territory plans to maximize market coverage and growth.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
