• Age At least 22 years

• Expertise in pharmaceutical sourcing, import management, and supplier qualification.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate in teams, and make timely decisions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

• Develop strategic relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers, and local indentors to secure reliable sources of pharmaceutical raw materials and Reference Listed Drugs.

• Source samples and qualify suppliers based on quality, regulatory compliance, manufacturing capability, commercial competitiveness, and documentation.

• Manage end-to-end sourcing, including RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluation, price negotiation, supplier selection, and agreement finalization.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth imports, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of logistics issues.

• Optimize costs through strategic sourcing, supplier development, alternate source qualification, and commercial negotiations.

• Work with R&D, QA, QC, RA, Marketing, A&F, and PPIC to support new product development and business continuity.
