Salary: Tk. 17000 - 22000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Clinic

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Clinic

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Age should be 30 to 40 years as on 1st January 2025.
• Supervisory experience as Pharmacy In-Charge will be get preference.
• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills with medical and drug dispensing terminology. 

In-Charge Job Responsibilities

• Maintain legal and professional compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Monitoring inventory level and arrange procurements of quality medicines.

• Supervise & manage other pharmacists ensuring medication is dispensed correctly.

• Mentor, guide, train, lead & promote team work among staffs in discharging duties.

• Pursue goal-driven efforts to attain expected monthly and annual revenue target.

• Ensure recording of medicines procurement data, storage, and daily selling.

• Enforcing best practices protocols when storing drugs and controlled substances.

• Coordinate and maintain relationship with vendors and health regulatory bodies.

• Assist in conducting audit as and when convened by the Management, and Board.

• Addressing customer complaints and instant management after verification.

• Ensure regular payment to the suppliers, and monthly payment of pharmacy staffs, shop rent, and electricity bill etc.

• Managing allocated pharmacy budgets and optimize financial performance.

• Report any theft, misappropriations, and unexplained losses of drugs as soon as possible to the CEO, and also inform the same to the Managing Director and the Chairman.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Management and the Board of Directors.
