Experience in Animal Health Marketing Department / Product Management Department (PMD) will give preference.
Experience in Vaccine / Pet Portfolio will be considered as an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Healthcare Formulations Limited, Sreepur, Gazipur is a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities intend to produce vaccines, injectables, solid, liquid, powder, biological and non-biological range of products.
Job Responsibilities:
Support new product development and launch by providing necessary inputs, while coordinating sales forecasts and marketing plans (short- and long-term) with supervisors.
Design and implement promotional strategies for assigned products, including preparing product manuals and training field teams.
Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies to ensure achievement of forecasts.
Oversee production, supply, and sample availability, taking corrective actions when needed to maintain smooth operations.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (opinion leaders, NGOs, customers) and organize meetings or symposiums with the sales team to gather feedback and promote products.
