Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure effective follow-up and monitoring of prescriptions (Rx) and Daily Call Reports (DCR) across Region, Area, and Territory levels.
Plan and implement Rx and product campaigns as part of year-round market development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure desired market growth.
Track and supervise the sales performance of OTC products, ensuring target achievement.
Closely monitor sales growth and campaign progress through regular market visits and customer feedback collection.
Gather and update market intelligence, including internal insights, external trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement training and development programs for Area Managers and identify potential successors for future leadership roles.
Follow up on outstanding dues and take necessary actions to ensure recovery from dropout MPOs.
