Oversee all administrative, human resources, and financial operations of KNC
Supervise the Admin & HR Department and the Finance Department
Support the 2-year evaluation process for all key leadership positions
Submit monthly administrative and financial reports to the Principal
Supervise examination-related administrative support (Exam Officers)
Oversee canteen, store, receptionist, and general support staff operations
Manage KNC transportation services
Supervise cleaning, security, and grounds maintenance teams
Coordinate with the Hostel Superintendent on residential operations — hostel management follows the chain of command: Hostel Superintendent → Assistant Hostel Superintendent → Hostel Supervisor
Manage facility maintenance planning and procurement
Supervise the Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager, and Accounts Officer
Develop and implement a fair reward and promotion system for faculty and staff
Maintain IT systems supporting online evaluations and administrative databases
Manage BNMC registration records and support compliance reporting to DGNM and Dhaka University
Collect and analyze student online course evaluation data
Distribute evaluation results to respective Vice Principals (VPs) and the Head of MSN at each evaluation cycle
Administer an anonymous online Hostel Living Satisfaction Survey (once per semester), covering:
room conditions, bathroom and shower facilities, safety, residential staff responsiveness, and overall student wellbeing; analyze results and report to the Principal and Hostel Superintendent
Administer an anonymous online Dining Satisfaction Survey (once per quarter), covering:
food quality, hygiene, portion size, menu variety, and service standards of the outsourced dining service provider; analyze results and report to the Principal and Hostel Superintendent
Use evaluation results, where applicable, to inform contract renewal decisions
