• Working experience should have as Depot In-Charge

• Monitor inventory levels of finished products, coordinate with Central warehouse /production and factory warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability, and maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.

• Receive and process customer orders, verifying order accuracy, availability of stock, and compliance with sales policy and pricing terms.

• Coordinate the delivery of products, including scheduling deliveries, preparing invoices, and arranging transportation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Force or Customers regarding order inquiries, delivery schedules, product availability, and other related matters, providing prompt and professional customer service.

• Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, delivery delays, product shortages, or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of distribution activities, including order records, delivery tracking information, and customer communications, and generate reports as needed to track performance metrics and trends. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing, permits, and quality standards related to product distribution activities in the domestic market
