• Age 25 to 35 years

• Engage in new formulation development projects to create innovative pharmaceutical products

• Enhance existing formulations through research and development efforts.

• Compile and update project documentation for each formulation development project.

• Ensure that development project files are organized and contain all necessary information.

• Oversee pilot batch manufacturing processes and the issuance of final print Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

• Prepare stability study protocols to assess the shelf life and product quality over time.

• Work collaboratively within the team to maintain product purity, safety, and effectiveness.

• Assist with regulatory compliance and documentation preparation.

• Prepare and update product data sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain the logbook for machines and equipment used in R&D.

• Ensure cleanliness, calibration, and record-keeping of R&D equipment.

• Communicate effectively with various departments, including PMD, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and Engineering, to ensure seamless product development.
