Responsibilities & Context:

• Explore and identify new opportunities to expand the pharmaceutical business.

• Drive business development initiatives in assigned countries.

• Identify, assess, and evaluate potential export markets and international clients.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, buyers, importers, and other key stakeholders.

• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements with foreign clients.

• Develop strategic action plans to strengthen international market presence.

• Liaise effectively with factory, commercial, PMD, MCCI, DCCI, relevant Ministries, and Embassies in Dhaka.

• Organize and coordinate visits of foreign partners and auditors to company facilities.

• Conduct market and product analysis, train field forces, and represent the company at global pharma exhibitions and expos.
