Responsibilities & Context:
Explore and identify new opportunities to expand the pharmaceutical business.
Drive business development initiatives in assigned countries.
Identify, assess, and evaluate potential export markets and international clients.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, buyers, importers, and other key stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements with foreign clients.
Develop strategic action plans to strengthen international market presence.
Liaise effectively with factory, commercial, PMD, MCCI, DCCI, relevant Ministries, and Embassies in Dhaka.
Organize and coordinate visits of foreign partners and auditors to company facilities.
Conduct market and product analysis, train field forces, and represent the company at global pharma exhibitions and expos.
